Troy Harrel

After working in the high-stress environment of the United States Submarine Force for over 30 years where Safety is the #1 objective in daily operations, Troy has become a highly safety-oriented individual. As a Safety Coordinator, Troy provides leadership & expertise to assure Hermanson Company utilizes the most effective training, equipment and work methods to plan, direct, support and inspire employees in achieving a zero incident work environment throughout the company. He is responsible for coordinating and overseeing job site safety activities and implementing the site safety plan. He works closely with Hermanson team members and subcontractors to ensure that safety performance expectations are met.
