St. Michael (Harrison) Hospital Acute Care Expansion

Hermanson began the full mechanical, design-assist St. Micahel Hospital Acute Care Expansion project in the summer of 2016. The expansion is an effort to consolidate all Harrison Medical Center Acute Care functions into the existing Silverdale campus, including full development of the 32-acre St. Michael Medical Center site in Silverdale, Washington. The project includes:

  • 140-250 Bed Expansion providing 234 to 350 total inpatient beds
  • Consolidated surgical and interventional services from four locations on multiple campuses to two locations on one campus
  • Centralized check-in for surgical and interventional services
  • Integrated Emergency Department with shared imaging services between inpatients and ED
  • Centralized registration and lobbies
  • ED capacity for 80,000 patients per year in one location
  • Preserves expansion potential for an 60,000 to 100,000 sf Medical Office Space on-site
