The Liberty Mutual Seattle Restack Project is a multi-phased, non-structural, 26 floor interior Tenant Improvement at Safeco Plaza in Seattle Washington. The project is in progress and will be completed in October of 2018. The project consists of three phases - Phase 1, 2 and 3, each treated as a separate project. Safeco Plaza was Built in 1969. In 2008, Liberty Mutual Group acquired Safeco Corp. With this acquisition and after renovations are complete, Liberty Mutual will occupy 65% of the building.

Since June of 2016, Hermanson has worked with Turner to complete HVAC & Plumbing construction of Liberty Mutual’s upgrades for all phases of work. The project includes open office concepts, core restroom renovations, break room additions, full kitchen and cafeteria, and conference and event spaces. Throughout the 15,040 sf floors, new and relocated heat pumps and fan powered terminal units were utilized and connected to existing building equipment.
