• New Construction: Greenfield capital construction projects in the Pacific Northwest, Southwest, and Midwest. National travel for select clients.
• Expansions and Retrofits: Design-Build partners for existing infrastructure projects, delivering reliable cost efficiency and performance.
• Shutdown/Maintenance: Planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executing pre-planned and emergency shutdowns. Includes craft staffing for select maintenance sites.
• Fabrication: Design-Build sheet metal, specialty metals, and ASME pipe fabrication capabilities.
• Modular Installation: OSM - Offsite manufacturing of multi-trade racks, skids, and modules utilizing our 75,000 SF of dedicated sheet metal and pipefitting shop space.
• Equipment Setting: OFCI/CFCI equipment setting, including procurement, receipt, uncrating, assembly, picking, rigging, setting, and start-up.
• Turn-key MEP: Unique partners allow Hermanson to be contracted as the lead MEP contractor to complete full turn-key Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services.
