With almost two decades of experience in the construction industry, Loren has worked as a mechanical subcontractor, general contractor, concrete subcontractor and building envelope consultant. He has experience in several construction sectors including healthcare, aviation, commercial, residential, and education, and specializes in Seattle tenant improvements. Loren brings a risk management mindset to each project and makes a strong emphasis in developing lasting partnerships with all members of the project team (owner, designer, GC).
