As Estimating Manager, Jason has spent his time at Hermanson leading a team of skilled mechanical estimators and supporting each project group by ensuring that accurate mechanical and plumbing system budgets and complete cost estimates are provided. He works closely with engineers, GCs, owners and developers to assure that cost information reflects the true cost of construction and provides detail and transparency so that they can make well-informed decisions that fit their project goals. Jason is also currently leading one of Hermanson largest projects, the expansion of the North Satellite at SeaTac International Airport. He is utilizing his budget-conscious, estimator mindset along with his passion for Lean processes to provide a project that is within budget and on time.
