Eric van der Veen

Eric is the Business Unit Leader for Hermanson's Highrise, Hospitality, and Office department (H2O). As the leadership for one of our most active sectors, Eric is adept at managing his teams, providing guidance and expertise to provide the best outcomes for his projects. 

Eric is a natural leader who has the ability to organize and run projects so that they result in highly efficient construction and pre-construction efforts. With over two decades of project management experience, Eric has acted as a managing partner for many years for one of the largest mechanical construction firms in the area before joining Hermanson. He has a wide range of industry experience and offers knowledge and insight that is instrumental to the success of every project he oversees.

• SMACNA Western Washington: Prior roles on the Legislative Committee (2013-2015), Labor Management Committee (2011-2015), and the Board of Directors (2007-2015)
