David Nehren, PE, LEED AP BD+C

David brings over twenty years of engineering and sales experience, working with design and construction teams to lead the exploration of design options and costs along with the full development of the chosen mechanical concept through permitting and construction. David applies sustainable concepts; value engineering and quality control throughout the budgeting and construction processes to a successful completion for the project owner.

His project experience includes high-rise office and residential buildings, data centers, medical and laboratory facilities, retail centers, religious facilities, resorts, and restaurants. David has been the Engineer of Record for all the Hermanson Company’s mechanical engineering work for both Major Projects and Special Projects / Tenant Improvement work.
