Over the last two decades, Chris has worked diligently with developers and building owners in the Seattle Central Business District (CBD) to build Hermanson’s presence as a tenant improvement expert. Chris started his career in the field as a sheet metal apprentice, journeyman and lead foreman, eventually becoming Hermanson’s lead Account Executive for Tenant Improvements. Because of Chris’ hands-on experience, he understands how systems function and how system issues can effect an entire building. He has strong relationships with his clients because he recognizes and appreciates their needs and is able to ease their worries by quickly diffusing any problems that arise.
