After donning tri-colored communal footwear, the ladies enjoyed a few friendly games of pins while WOH President, Jana Burbank, read out clues to identify a sister bowler. Knowing that women represent only 9% of the work force in the construction industry, the Women of Hermanson group was founded to encourage and support workplace diversity and inclusion.
