On March 7, 2024, Hermanson Company had the privilege of hosting a special event in honor of Women in Construction Week at The Museum of Flight in Seattle. The afternoon was dedicated to celebrating the achievements and contributions of women in the construction industry, and it was an inspiring and empowering experience.

The event brought together over 130 attendees, including industry professionals and partners, all united in supporting women in construction. It was a fantastic opportunity to network, share insights, and engage in meaningful discussions about the challenges and opportunities facing women in our field. 

The highlight of the evening was the panel discussion featuring four remarkable women leaders in the A/E/C industry:

The panelists shared their experiences, perspectives, and advice, covering a wide range of topics, from career development and leadership to diversity and inclusion (DEI) in the construction sector. Their insights were valuable and honest, providing inspiration and guidance to all who attended.

In addition to the panel discussion, the event also featured networking opportunities, allowing attendees to connect with industry peers, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships.
