On June 7th, 2024, Hermanson Company launched the Innovate & Elevate series. The Innovate & Elevate luncheon series is dedicated to exchanging insights on diverse topics in construction, fostering enriching coversations, and providing a space for networking. 

The event, which took place at the OAC Headquarters in Seattle, attracted over 40 participants. It was an opportunity to learn about construction technology and engage in conversations about the evolving landscape of construction. 

Leading the discussion was Matthew Cordova, Director of Construction Technology at Hermanson and 2023 Autodesk Construction Cloud Champion, as well as Allison Adams, RTS-Trimbler Foreman at Hermanson and 2021 National Association of Women in Construction Tradeswoman of the Year. 

The presenters shared behind-the-scenes to Hermanson's new cutting-edge technology, the importance of construction in the A/E/C industry as well as their personal experiences on topics such as BuildPrint Pro, robotic layout printing, digital twins, and more. 

This Innovate & Elevate event was sponsored and coordinated by the Women of Hermanson, creating events where A/E/C professionals can connect and learn. Additionally, DeWalt showed support by sponsored the raffle while OAC provided the venue for the event.
