Hermanson Company kicked off our 2026 Summer Internship Program with an on-site event at our Kent headquarters, welcoming this year’s group of interns.

Interns spent the afternoon touring our shops and offices, getting an up-close look at how our work comes to life. They also had the opportunity to meet members of our leadership team, connect with former interns, and start building relationships across the company.

Throughout the summer, interns will rotate through different parts of the business, gaining exposure to areas such as project management, engineering, estimating, and accounting. With hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to real work, the program is designed to give a well-rounded view of the industry and where they can make an impact.
