Rick Hermanson transitioning to role of CEO

Hermanson Company is pleased to announce that Rick Hermanson will move to the position of CEO, and Paul Robinett will become company President effective January 1, 2020.

Mr. Hermanson has filled the position of company President for the past 21 years, leading the company through its transition from a sheet metal shop to its position as one of the region’s largest and most respected mechanical construction and service companies. In his role as CEO, Hermanson will focus on identifying opportunities and preparing the company for future growth. “I’m so proud of all that we’ve accomplished from the growth of our construction services, Design-Build capabilities, and Preventative Maintenance team to the great projects we have completed throughout the Pacific Northwest over the past two decades. It’s been a fun ride, and I look forward to helping the company continue into a strong and vibrant future.”

For the last 18 years, Robinett has been a valuable leader at Hermanson and instrumental in expanding Hermanson’s expertise in healthcare and critical environments mechanical construction. “I look forward to continuing to set strategies that ensure Hermanson stays true to the principles that has led to our success to date,” says Robinett, “Ensuring that Hermanson remains current on new technologies, market trends and workforce development will keep us competitive and strategically placed.” Robinett will be responsible for Hermanson’s day-to-day operations and meeting the immediate needs of Hermanson customers.
