We are pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Papahronis to Vice President of Technology.
Tom has been with Hermanson for five years, and in that time has restructured the technology team and systems while growing the responsibilities of the of the group to align with Hermanson’s business objectives now and in the future. Tom will continue to have overall responsibility for the technology team function and projects.
In addition, he will be a key player in our upcoming ERP implementation along with developing new roles for the Technology group as we on-board ERP, add additional support for construction technology in the field, and provide enhanced internal project management services across the company.

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Dustin Adam to Director of Information Technology.
Over the last five years, Dustin has been re-engineering and constantly improving Hermanson’s technology systems across the company. He has and will continue to play a critical role in our implementation to Dynamics 365.
Dustin will now be taking on the management role for the IT Team. Additionally, he will be responsible for Hermanson’s corporate technical architecture and technology operations. This includes information security, Office 365, server infrastructure, networking, and the service desk. In addition to managing Hermanson’s day to day technical needs, Dustin is responsible for crafting Hermanson’s technical road map and planning for Hermanson’s future needs to support our continued growth.
