Principal/Chief of Staff

For Jana it all started in 1995, when hoping to avoid a day at school she convinced her father to participate in Take Your Daughter to Work Day where she spent time filing in the Accounting Department. She was hooked and since then, Jana worked in Shipping, Marketing and SPD before settling into her current role as Chief of Staff. Her diverse experience across Hermanson departments has given her a unique perspective and a vast array of institutional knowledge that many have come to rely upon.

Steve Otis, PE
Principal/Virtual Design and Construction Supervisor

As a licensed engineer, Steve Otis has introduced the latest technologies to the VDC group and has worked to position Hermanson as the premier mechanical construction provider of design and construction integration. During his five-year tenure with Hermanson, Steve has worked on some of the largest Integrated Delivery Projects (IPD) and Design-Build projects executed to date. Steve and his team are putting Hermanson at the forefront of LEAN fabrication efficiencies.
