Hermanson Principal Ken Dyckman has been named the Mechanical Contractor's Association of Western Washington (MCAWW)'s Instructor of the Year for 2011-12. Ken teaches Introduction to Mechanical Design and Basic Mechanical Principals to young project managers and trade workers as part of MCAWW's ongoing education programs.
