Chris Kettman

Chris is the Group Manager for Hermanson's Owner Direct Projects group. His experience and skills include working with school districts and private owners to complete energy efficiency projects, mechanical upgrades, as well as an array of preventative maintenance contracts. Chris has a track record of success managing complex, large-scale projects and will ensure organization and efficiency through the entire duration of each project.

Chris’ goal is to become a single source provider for all his customers’ needs in regards to mechanical construction and do so by exceeding the customer’s expectations through value-driven expertise. He achieves this through listening to his customer’s requests; identify solutions and areas of opportunity while also maintaining a focus on the financial and operational objectives that his customer has outlined.
