Safeco Tenant Improvements

Hermanson provided full mechanical Design-Assist tenant improvement work in two downtown Seattle buildings to accommodate relocation of a large insurance company workforce. The phased work provides space for 800 Northwest Regional office staff in the 2nd & Seneca Building, and 1,100 employees in the 1001 Fourth Avenue Building - now named Safeco Tower.   We worked closely with the architect, the mechanical engineer and the general contractor to meet stringent schedule and budgetary requirements on this fast-tracked work.
