Tasked with delivering a comprehensive mechanical shell and core Design-Build solution, Hermanson Company played an instrumental role in the development of this 37-story office tower for Schnitzer West in the heart of downtown Seattle.

The Madison Centre project comprised a staggering 740,000 square feet of state-of-the-art office space thoughtfully designed to cater to the diverse needs of modern businesses. In addition to this expansive office space, the building featured an inviting 8,000 square feet of retail space. Our multifaceted expertise extended even further, encompassing the construction of seven levels of below-grade parking, boasting a total of 480 parking stalls.

After the completion of shell and core construction, our tenant improvement department collaborated closely with a roster of prominent occupants, including notable names such as Hulu, Textio, and Assurance. Our team spared no effort in ensuring that these spaces were not just functional but also reflective of the distinct branding and operational needs of each tenant. This meticulous attention to detail and our ability to customize spaces for diverse clients were pivotal in establishing Madison Centre as a sought-after hub for innovation and business growth in the heart of Seattle.
