Salish Lodge Remodel

48,000 sf | Snoqualmie, Washington | Special Projects | Design-Build Engineering

Salish Lodge & Spa hired Hermanson as their Full Mechanical (sheet metal, pipe fitting, plumbing) Design-Build contractor for the renovation of 84-guestrooms. The project scope called for the demolition of the existing HVAC systems and the installation of 90 new Trane FCU boxes to provide heating and air conditioning to the renovated guestrooms. Hermanson installed new gas fireplaces in each of the guest rooms, replacing the existing wood burning units.  Additionally, gas piping was extended to outdoor fire pits from the ground floor rooms. The plumbing scope included full fixture replacement in all guest rooms and upgraded dual head showers or spa tubs. The two-phase lodge renovation was completed in early Summer 2018.
