Hermanson recently completed Full Mechanical installation of new Data Center facilities in shelled-out spaces at the Sabey Data Center. We provided mechanical Design-Build services for this 30,000 s.f. building which features a cutting edge mechanical system to provide temperature and humidity control, while optimizing the energy usage and operating costs for the owner of these associated systems. Our design team worked closely with the client and Seattle City Light to implement energy conservation measures that resulted in significant energy credits to the project.
