Hermanson Company recently completed HVAC / Mechanical(Sheet Metal & Piping) construction for this new, 20-story office building with below grade parking, a total of 410,000 s.f. high rise in downtown Bellevue. The project features flexible floor-plates and is designed for LEED Gold certification, utilizing a central plan mechanical system. Hermanson also provided Design-Build Tenant Improvement services for the Expedia, who leased the majority of the building for their corporate headquarters.
