Fort Lewis FY07 Whole Barracks Renewal

Hermanson provided full mechanical systems Design-Build engineering, meeting all Corps of Engineers requirements for facilities design and documentation, as well as facilitating the LEED Certification process (LEED Silver). We then completed HVAC and Plumbing construction for the facility - a new 219,500 s.f. barracks housing Stryker Brigade personnel. The 3-story complex provides Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing for 600 military personnel.
