Fort Lewis FY05 Whole Barracks Renewal

Hermanson provided Design-Build HVAC and Plumbing construction for these new barracks housing 200 military personnel. The project was designed and Hermanson Company assisted with certification documentation to achieve LEED Silver certification. Energy efficient approaches include the selection of high efficiency mechanical equipment and the use of low-flow plumbing fixtures.
