Hermanson was responsible for full MEP coordination and HVAC/Sheet Metal construction for this 90,000 s.f. pharmaceutical production and warehouse facility. The first phase of an eventual 350,000 s.f. development, the facility was built using clean room protocol and houses manufacturing for cancer treatment drugs, warehousing space, and administrative support.
