Hermanson provided Design-Build HVAC construction for this new development for Kauri Investments. The project includes an 8-story, 160-room luxury hotel and an adjacent, 6-story, 56-unit apartment tower. The high-quality facilities have separate entries and halls, but share amenities such as concierge. The facility also includes a 4-level parking structure.
