Avalon Towers

Hermanson Company was brought on mid-way into this project to complete mechanical systems construction for this new, two-tower (16 and 25 stories), fully air-conditioned apartment complex in downtown Bellevue. The mechanical system installed is roof-top penthouse mechanical rooms with separate heat pumps in every unit and a 'sub-duct' exhaust system with common roof-top fans. The 396-unit complex features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, plus penthouses. Construction focused on locally-sourced materials, LEAN construction techniques, and green technology to create a high-quality, cost effective, and sustainable community.
