Hermanson completed Design-Assist preconstruction services (mechanical systems estimate, value engineering, constructability review, scheduling) and is currently in the process of full mechanical construction for this project. The 11-story, two-tower hospital totals 713,000 g.s.f. and will include approximately 617,000 s.f. of built-out space.  It includes: Emergency Services Imaging / Diagnostics 22 Surgery Suites 288 In-Patient Care Rooms Administration / Support Services At the outset of the preconstruction of mechanical systems, the project was significantly over budget.  Through an intense collaborative effort by all members of Hermanson and their Design Team, we were able to reduce the mechanical budget by eleven percent (11%).  This was achieved with little to no reduction of the operational capabilities of the mechanical system.
