Reid brings over a decade of industry experience to Hermanson. He has strong customer service skills and a determination to succeed. Reid’s philosophy is to offer 100% dedication to clients that have a maintenance agreement with Hermanson.

As Customer Service Manager of Hermanson’s Service/ODS Department, Reid’s responsibilities include managing Service Coordinators and Service Advisors, ensuring maintenance agreements are accurate and up to date, ensuring equipment asset sheet it complete, serving as liaison between Hermanson & clients, and guaranteeing that client’s needs and expectations are exceeded.
