After Hermanson completed Design-Build mechanical for Shell & Core construction of the 90,000 sq. ft. Republican Building in the South Lake Union area of Seattle, we completed Design-Build tenant improvements for new the new offices of Howard S. Wright Construction. The company occupies one floor of the five floor office building.  Other tenants for whom Hermanson has completed TI's include Pro Sports Club, UW Physician's Rehab Medicine Clinic, and Allied Biomechanics.
