Hermanson was the full mechanical contractor for this plan & spec phased installation. Phase One consisted of the full build-out of an 11,000 s.f. data center from the building shell. The project included a 40,000 gallon fuel system serving three new generators and rebuilding and installing five (5) 130-ton Trane packaged units. Work also included ventilation for new UPS and generator rooms. Phase Two consisted of the full build-out of a 10,000 s.f. data center from the building shell. This portion of the project included the rebuild and installation of six (6) 130-ton Trane packaged units.
