Hermanson provided full mechanical, shell & core construction services for this new office complex. Developed by Hines, the three building complex includes four levels of parking under the entire site and office space, totaling 350,000 s.f. Key issues included working with the City of Bellevue and coordination with other trades. Hermanson has also worked with building tenants to Design-Build HVAC & plumbing mechanical systems for tenant build-out work.
