Amgen Helix Complex, Buildings A, B, C & D

Hermanson provided HVAC / Sheet Metal construction services for four new buildings as part of Amgen’s massive Helix project development at Terminal 88. Three of the buildings are research & development lab facilities and the fourth provides administrative support spaces for the labs.  In addition to HVAC construction, Hermanson is responsible for complete MEP Coordination for the facilities and is supporting overall construction administration through the use of our Project Knowledge Center.
