Pac Pacific Hotel / Marazul Restaurant

Hermanson Company provided Design-Build mechanical (plumbing and HVAC) construction for the installation of a 4,740 s.f. kitchen and dining for this new restaurant. Key challenges were fitting the mechanical systems into ceiling space and working above existing, operating retail spaces. The installation includes five new grease exhaust hoods and two pollution control units, gas-fired make-up air, and seven new water-source heat pumps.
