Hermanson provided Design-Assist pre-construction services including cost estimating/control, value engineering, and constructability reviews and completed full mechanical (Plumbing, HVAC Sheet Metal & Piping, and Medical Gas Piping) for this 450,000 s.f. / 26-story Life Care retirement housing project. This unique facility provides all levels of housing and service for residents: High-End Apartments for Independent Living Assisted Living Skilled Nursing Memory Support Building amenities include an indoor swimming pool and fitness center, a library, a creative arts studio, several dining options, parking garage with valet service, full housekeeping, and a multi-purpose / activities area.
