Tulalip Resort & Casino

Hermanson recently completed Design-Build mechanical system (Sheet Metal & Pipe) construction for a major addition to the Tulalip Casino.  Components of the project include

• A 12-story, 4-diamond, 370-room hotel which includes several themed suites over the top of a 15,000 s.f. gaming addition.  The gaming areas and lobby utilize a underfloor HVAC delivery system.
• A 30,000 s.f. meeting and convention center with a 15,000 s.f. ballroom, two boardrooms and several break-out rooms,
• Two restaurants and a lounge
• 14,000 s.f. of spa facilities with men's and women's lounges and 16 treatment , and an indoor pool with waterfalls and gardens.
