Bellevue, Washington
Hermanson Company recently completed HVAC / Mechanical(Sheet Metal & Piping) construction for this new, 20-story office building with below grade parking, a total of 410,000 s.f. high rise in downtown Bellevue. The project features flexible floor-plates and LEED Gold certification, utilizing a central plan mechanical system. Hermanson is currently providing Design-Build Tenant Improvement services for the Expedia, who is leasing the majority of the building.
