Hermanson provided full mechanical tenant improvement work in two downtown Seattle buildings to accommodate relocation of a large insurance company workforce. The phased work provides space for 800 Northwest Region Offices staff members in the 2nd & Seneca Building, and 1,100 employees in the 1001 Fourth Avenue Building from Safeco’s corporate headquarters.
Hermanson Company has worked closely with the Mechanical Engineer, and the General Contractor to meet stringent schedules and budget requirements.
