Hermanson completed Design-Build mechanical construction services for this new, 90,000 s.f. office structure in the South Lake Union area. The building includes five floors of high-tech office space and three below-grade levels of parking. The VAV HVAC mechanical system is designed to be expandable to 24-7 operation.
Hermanson has also been responsible for Design-Build tenant improvement work for all building tenants.
