Hermanson provided Design-Build mechanical construction for this new, 265,000 s.f. luxury dealership. The four-story building includes a Service Department in the basement, main floor Sales and Administration, and two upper levels of parking. Key mechanical issues include meeting code requirements associated with the Service Department, including outside air and vehicle exhaust systems.
