Hermanson Company has provided full mechanical systems Design-Build Engineering meeting all Corps of Engineers requirements for facilities design and documentation, as well as facilitating the LEED Certification process (LEED Silver). We are currently providing full mechanical construction for the facility, a new, 219,500 s.f. barracks housing Stryker Brigade personnel. The 3-story complex provides Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) for 600 military personnel. Hermanson is self-performing plumbing and HVAC (Sheet Metal and Pipefitting) construction.
