Hermanson Company is the Mechanical Design-Build contractor for this single project that includes ten separate buildings: three (3) Four-Company Operation Facilities, one (1) Six-Company Operations Facility, four (4) Battalion Headquarters, one (1) Brigade Headquarters and a Remote Switching Unit. All are being designed by Hermanson and will be built within 540-days in various locations on the Fort Lewis Army Base. Hermanson is self-performing the HVAC and Plumbing, which consists of hydronic heating, air conditioning, under-floor air distribution, BOC, NOC, and SCIF areas.
