Hermanson Company recently expanded our Owner Direct Service (ODS) Department by hiring Chris Hoggarth as an ODS Account Manager and Dawnielle Hallstead as a Service Advisor. Chris has over 20 years of experience commissioning new and existing services for the heating and air conditioning industry, while Dawnielle has almost two decades of experience in the mechanical contracting industry.
Chris is a seasoned industry expert who has previously held positions with some of the largest mechanical contractors in the region, specializing in chiller service sales. In his new role as an ODS Account Manager, Chris will be responsible for estimating, designing, and selling service and maintenance projects.
As a Service Advisor, Dawnielle will provide a point of contact to facilitate activities between Hermanson Company and our maintenance customers. Her responsibilities include ensuring maintenance agreements are accurate and up-to-date, making certain that the equipment asset sheet is complete, serving as a liaison between Hermanson and clients, and guaranteeing that client’s needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded.
