When you are a Hermanson, you are born with construction in your blood.  After early experience serving as an apprentice in the sheet metal trade, Rick became a Project Manager responsible for mechanical construction for a wide variety of building types. Subsequently leading the Hermanson Sales group for several years, Rick then moved into the position of lead company executive.  Since becoming President of Hermanson Company in 1998, Rick has overseen the growth of the company from a $30 million HVAC-Sheet Metal firm to a $100 million comprehensive mechanical construction firm, and successfully transitioned the company into a leader in the mechanical construction industry.
