As a 2nd generation mechanical contractor, Jim chose to focus on the financial and business management aspects of the industry. A 1968 graduate of the University of Washington (Business Administration), Jim has led financial management, ownership transition, and strategic business planning for Hermanson since 1999. Jim brings to Hermanson the knowledge of 40-years of experience in construction industry financial management, tempered by a strong belief in testing the status quo. His emphasis on progressive policies and continual improvement helps assure that Hermanson Company does not rest on its laurels, but is constantly striving for improvement in all facets of the business.
