Dean started at Hermanson pushing a broom in the shop. His career has included stints as a sheet metal worker in both the field and the shop, and seven years as Sheet Metal Shop Manager. In 2000, Dean became a Partner and Corporate Superintendent, managing all aspects of bargaining labor for Hermanson. Under his leadership, Hermanson has implemented significant improvements to the Company Safety Program, has developed a well-defined program for Foreman Training, and has developed a strong superintendent –led management system to support both our Sheet Metal and Plumbing & Pipefitting trades.
