In 1982, as a sheet metal apprentice installing ductwork in Seattle 76-story Columbia Center, Dan was introduced to Hermanson’s commitment to all-around quality – in product, in installation, in management, and in customer service.  Dan has taken these lessons heart not only in his previous roles as Corporate Superintendent and as a Design-Build Project Manager, but also in his current role as leader of the Special Projects Division, focusing on quick-turn tenant improvement and retrofit work, and of our growing Service & Maintenance department.  As a manager, Dan’s emphasis on systems, training, and attitude have resulted in an outstanding team that delivers on our client’s needs.
